Does framelovely print, frame, and ship my photo?

Yes. framelovely is an all-in-one service: you upload a photo, we print it on premium luster photo paper, frame it in solid oak behind real glass, and ship it to your door ready to hang. There is nothing to print yourself, nothing to assemble, and no separate frame to buy.

How much does a custom framed print cost?

Prices start at $37. The three sizes are $37 (5×7), $53 (9×12), and $65 (11×14). Shipping is always free within the United States; any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive in about 4–8 business days total, depending on your destination in the United States.

Can I frame a photo straight from my phone?

Yes. You upload a photo directly from your phone or computer and crop it in the browser — no app to install. Most people finish ordering in under a minute. iPhone HEIC photos are supported and converted automatically.

What sizes and frame colors are available?

There are three sizes — 5×7, 9×12, and 11×14 — and four frame finishes: black, walnut (brown), natural, and white oak. Every size is available in every color.

What are the frames made of?

Frames are solid North American oak, hand-finished, with real glass (not acrylic) glazing. Prints use premium luster photo paper. D-ring hanging hardware is installed before shipping, so each piece arrives ready to hang.

Is a framed print a good gift?

Yes. A framed photo is a popular gift for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, new babies, and holidays. It ships ready to hang, so the recipient can put it on the wall the day it arrives. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not yet. framelovely currently ships within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.

What resolution does my photo need to be?

Most modern phone photos are more than sharp enough. The cropper checks your photo against the size you chose, warns you if it may look soft, and blocks checkout only if the image is far too small to print well.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email support@framelovely.app within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we will make it right with a reprint or refund. Because each order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once an order is in production.

Can I order more than one framed print at a time?

Yes. You can add up to five framed prints to a single order and check out once. Shipping is still free.
