Privacy policy.
Effective date: May 2026. framelovely is a brand of Galena Works LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us in plain English.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, shipping address, payment-related details, uploaded photos, and order information.
We may also collect basic technical information such as device/browser data, IP address, and usage analytics when you use the site. We use cookies and similar browser storage (including local storage) to remember preferences, attribute marketing referrals, and operate the site.
2. How We Use Information
- Process and fulfill orders
- Provide customer support
- Send order confirmations, updates, and service emails
- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud and operational issues
- Improve the site and checkout experience
3. Photos and Customer Content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the rights necessary to print and use the submitted content.
We use uploaded photos only to provide the service, including printing, framing, order support, and related operational needs.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
5. Service Providers
We share information with service providers only as needed to run the business, such as payment processors, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and email delivery providers.
6. Advertising & Marketing Technology
We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, Inc., the company behind Facebook and Instagram) on framelovely.app. When you visit a page on our site, your browser sends Meta a small event indicating that you viewed the page, along with technical information like your IP address and a browser identifier. Meta may use this information to measure ad effectiveness, build audiences, and serve advertising on its own platforms.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking (the Google tag, gtag.js, from Google LLC) on framelovely.app to measure whether visits and purchases result from our advertising. When you complete an order, your browser sends Google a conversion event. To improve measurement accuracy, we may also send Google a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address — never your email in plain text — a feature Google calls Enhanced Conversions. Google may use this information to measure and improve ad performance.
We run (or are preparing to run) paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, and these measurement tools are loaded on the site to gauge their effectiveness. If you would prefer that we not share your activity on framelovely.app with Meta or Google, you can:
- Install a browser tracker-blocker such as uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger, which blocks the Meta Pixel and Google tag by default.
- Use a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal (Brave, Firefox with GPC enabled, DuckDuckGo). When we detect a GPC signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel or the Google tag on your visits — so no page views, conversions, or hashed identifiers are shared. (This commitment is scoped to the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag; other analytics described in §5 are not used for cross-context behavioral advertising.)
7. Shipping Scope
framelovely currently sells and ships only within the United States.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill orders, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational limitations.
10. California Residents' Rights
If you are a resident of California, and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), applies to us, you have specific rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag (described in §6) may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out of this sharing, use a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal. When we detect a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a Do Not Sell or Share request and skip loading the Meta Pixel and the Google tag on your visits. You can also install a browser tracker-blocker, which achieves the same result.
To exercise any other CCPA right (know, delete, correct), email support@framelovely.app from the address you used to place an order. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
11. Children's Privacy
framelovely is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
