By using framelovely or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service and place orders.

3. Orders and Custom Products

framelovely sells custom-made products based on the photos, cropping, and selections you submit. Because orders are custom, they generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded after submission except as described in our Refunds and Replacements policy.

We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if needed for fraud prevention, rights concerns, fulfillment issues, pricing errors, or other operational reasons.

4. Customer Content

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload, print, and use the content you submit. You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

We do not claim ownership of your photos, but you grant us the limited rights needed to process, print, frame, ship, and support your order.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment must be authorized before an order is fulfilled. We may correct pricing or product description errors at any time.

6. Shipping

framelovely currently ships only within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on production timing, carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control.

7. Refunds, Reprints, and Replacements

Refunds, reprints, and replacements are governed by our posted Refunds and Replacements policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galena Works LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service or any order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Galena Works LLC from claims arising out of the content you submit, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
