Refunds and Replacements

We want you to feel confident ordering from framelovely. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview, contact us and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund. Because each framelovely order is custom-made, we're not able to offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse or preference changes after an order has been submitted.

1. If We Can't Fulfill Your Order

If your order cannot be fulfilled or recovered due to a processing or operational failure, we will issue a full refund within 24 hours of detecting the issue.

2. Damage, Defects, or Major Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved preview in a major way, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@framelovely.app.

Please include:

  • Your order email or order reference
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue qualifies, we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.

3. No Returns for Buyer's Remorse or Minor Preference Changes

Because each order is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, minor crop preferences, or other subjective preferences after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

4. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been submitted into production. Once submitted for fulfillment, orders are treated as final custom orders.

5. Shipping Notes

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, with delivery usually taking 4–8 business days total depending on destination.
